Marcos, of Leon, Mexico and Amelia, of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts met while working together at the Four Season in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2006. Soon after in 2007 they were married. in 2014 their dream of owning their own restaurant came true with Streetfood @ the Stagecoach in Wilson Wyoming. With a deep respect and love for food they ventured headfirst to make as much in-house offerings as possible. For close to six years, Amelia and Marcos have worked tirelessly to keep quality and delicious global specialties that made them popular as good as ever. In spring of 2018, they opened their second restaurant BUTTER on the Idaho side of Teton Pass. Butter cafe has the same edict of making things in-house as much as possible and always serving food that keep you coming back. focusing on brunch, baked goods anf the best coffee in town. |
Wanderlust bistro is the couples third venture into the teton towns culinary scene. The goal for Wanderlust is to provide a wide variety of foods for travelers and locals alike. You'll see the staff bright and shining in the morning serving up the best coffee in town and favorites dishes from across America.
